Morning Prayer June 7 2014

oldmanGracious Heavenly Father we come to You this morning humbly seeking forgiveness for our sins, we repent those sins, and pray You will lead us in paths of righteousness today. Lord, we pray for the church this morning, that You would help us all come together in a perfect understanding of the scripture. We pray we are all determined to conduct our lives according to Your word with a passion for truth, and a determination to have a close relationship with You. We pray for this world Lord, this lost and dying world, that You will reach the lost through us, help us to reveal Your truth to them in such a way they cannot deny this unerring truth, and the power of the message. Lord, we pray You will be with the lonely this morning, giving them comfort, and hope in Your word, and the prisoner, giving patience, peace, and the hope for eternal life. We receive Your daily bread in full faith, and thankfulness, and we pray all of this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
