Lord, we thank You for this day, and pray You will bless us, and shower us with Your presence, Your Glory, Your Love, and Your protection as we go through this day. We Pray for and receive in full faith our daily provisions, and we pray You will forgive us our sins, and help us to reject sin, and temptation as Christ did in the wilderness, by keeping our mind, and our words based in Your word.
We pray You will be with us as we travel to the prison tonight, and that You will be with Jim Pinkston as he delivers the message, and it will be full of truth, and received by the prisoners, embraced by all of us, and put into action in our daily lives.
We thank You for all those who will join us this evening in our travels, and with special thanks for men like Booker, and women like Elaine who have devoted so much of their lives to this work, and we are blessed by all the men and women who have come to a saving knowledge of You and Your word through their work.
I thank You for my wife, what a tremendous blessing this angel has been to me, and I freely confess I could never deserve such a blessing who has helped me so much in my spiritual growth, so I pray for a special blessing on her this day as we observe the 62nd anniversary of her birth, another blessing to this earth that came from You.
And, as we pray for the protection, comfort, love, peace, and patience for the homeless, the helpless, the hopeless, and all children, orphans and widows, we offer all these prayers in the name of the greatest blessing to mankind, the birth, life, sacrifice, and resurrection of the Son who offers salvation to the world, our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
