Morning Prayer July 15 2014

church_buildingLord, we come to You again this morning as we are moving thru another week in which you have blessed us, and pray that You will forgive our sins, and trespasses, and give us a heart of forgiveness, to forgive all those who have harmed us in some way, understanding the sin is against You. Lord, we pray You will help us to release any grudges, and relieve us of any coveting we may possess. We pray for strength in dealing with our troubles, and help us to resist all temptations of the evil one.

Lord, we pray You will bless us with inner peace, and calmness as we deal with the trials of the day, and pray You will help us with our daily needs, and we receive those provisions in full faith within the promise.

Lord, we pray that You will cast all the demons that have taken possession of our government. We pray You will raise up Godly leaders, and help us to have the strength to support these people. Help us to have the courage to stand against all evil. Give us the courage to stand against all, friend or foe, foreign enemy or domestic that would over write Your laws, and establish their own.

Lord, today, as every day, we ask for the opportunity to share Your word with at least one other person, and we desire to share it with many more. Lord, allow us to teach Your love to others, using words if we must.

Lord, give us opportunities to help the homeless, the helpless, and the hopeless. Help us to demonstrate Your love, and compassion for them through our actions. Lord, we pray You will be with the prisoners, and be with us as we travel today to worship with them.

Lord, we pray You will be with Jim Pinkston as he delivers the message tonight, giving him strength, and courage to present Your truth, in such a way that we will all embrace it, and live by it daily.

Lord, I pray You will be with me, as I prepare a lesson for next week, help me to deliver a message that will change hearts through Your word.

Mostly Lord, we pray You will be with these men, giving them strength, power, and courage to deal with the situation they are in, and we pray that it will bless them in some way.

We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
