Lord, we come to You this morning, praying for a special protection of America in the next few months, and especially in the next few days as we approach the anniversary of the time America was attacked by such evil that drug us into this long long war.
Lord, we pray that America could with draw from all war, live in peace with all nations, still offering assistance wherever needed in the world as we are known to do, but also as a Christian nation. We pray that we will have our hearts turned toward You, living as a group as You would have us live.
Lord, we pray for church schools to grow and have a much greater impact on the training of our children. We pray that teachers in the public school system who are Christians would find opportunities to teach Christ’s precepts to the children in their classrooms.
Lord, we pray the teachers in the public classrooms who are not Christians would be converted, finding the narrow path, and following it, using their skills in teaching to bring as many children with them as possible.
Lord, we pray Americans will pick up their bibles, learn what’s in them, demand their preachers stick to Your truth in their teaching, and worship.
Lord, we pray You will expose the false teachers, and preachers, those just out for financial gain, and cause them to also have a change of heart and use their great ability to teach the pure, absolute truth without hope of financial gain, without hope of any reward or punishment, but to just be a faithful servant of Your undeniable truths.
Lord, we pray for forgiveness of the sins we have committed, and in the same breath pray You will deliver us from all evil, helping us to keep our minds on things above, and on Your word, giving us a passion to follow only You, through each day of our time in this foreign place called earth.
Lord, we pray for the homeless, the helpless, the hopeless, the orphan, the widow, the widower, the lost child, and the lost world, that You through Your church on earth will help these people, show them Your undying love, to give them protection, companionship, and hope for a better day, where there is no death, no illness, no homelessness, and never to be apart from loved ones again.
Lord, we pray for the prisoners that many will rise up to Your truths while incarcerated, and will teach others Your truth.
Lord, we pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
