Our heavenly father, Lord, we come to You this morning thanking You for the protection of Your flock. We pray that with Your help we can keep our eyes on the path ahead, and the work ahead, without wavering, or fearing.
Lord, be with the homeless this morning, on this Lord’s day, we pray You will give them reason, and desire to lift their eyes and holy hands up to You this morning.
Lord, we pray the church will become active in caring not only for the homeless, but for the desperate, the lonely, the lost sheep, the orphan, the widow, and the prisoner.
Lord, we pray all people will worship You on this Lords day, this day that has been set aside in honor of the resurrection as the day of worship and rest.
Lord, thank you for bringing us back into line, Your line, and now we pray You will be behind every pulpit today, allowing only Your truth to be spoken, closing the mouths of those who would mislead the flock, and allowing them only to say what You would have them say.
Lord, we pray You will be with the honest preacher today, to open the ears of all who hear to the truth of the message, as you close the ears of all who are in the presence of a false teacher.
Lord, we pray You will bring godly men, men who have courage, and strength, men who know Your word, and will bring it back into the very fabric of American culture and beliefs. Men who are unwilling to bend to popular opinion or the wealth and corruption of Washington. Men who will stand for truth, Your truth, and will fight to the death against anything that goes against that truth.
Lord, we pray for forgiveness of our sins, we pray for our daily bread, and we accept all in full faith of Your undeniable truth, and promise.
In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
