Let us Pray Together

Let us Pray Together

Father we come to You this morning grateful, thankful for the blessing of another day. Lord, help us to realize and remember that we are still sinners needing forgiveness for our sins, and that is why we come to You daily asking for that forgiveness that can only come from You.

We pray that we keep things above on our minds at all times, but without losing the fact that we are human, we do sin, and that one sin is the same as all sin, and the only difference between Your sheep, and the rest of the world is salvation.

We have changed from our old selves, we now worship You, we now are Your slave, Your servant, and at the same time Your child, and Your student, and will one day become the bride of Christ. Lord we pray You will keep us on the narrow path, guiding us back when we stray, increasing our knowledge of Your word, and growing our passion for Your work.

Lord, we pray again for the safety, the peace, the hope, the comfort, Your promise to be bombarded upon all the homeless, the hopeless, the helpless, the orphan, the widow, the single parent, military/ police, and the prisoner, on this day You have given us. We pray for our daily bread, both spiritual, and physical. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
