Father, thank You for this day. Thank You for all the great blessings You have bestowed upon us. Thank You for our families, and help us to realize what a great blessing this can truly be, our children, grandchildren, husbands, wives, all those in which we have close a relationship. Thank You Lord mostly for Your presence in our lives, leading us through the daily rigors of life, around the pot holes in the narrow path, and allowing us to appreciate the beauty of the path as well.
Lord, we mostly thank you for our salvation. We thank You for the work of the Cross, for our savior Your Son. Jesus Christ.
Lord we repent those sins that became the reason for the necessity of the crucifixion of Your Son, we repent the sins we commit on a daily basis. We come to You asking for forgiveness, and we receive, and accept that forgiveness in full faith.
Lord, we pray this morning for our military men and women, asking for a special protection from yet another possible war, and are reminded that You told us in these end days there would be wars and rumors of wars.
Lord, again, as every day we come knocking on Your door on behalf of the homeless, the hopeless, the helpless, the orphan, widow, prisoner, and the wealthy. We pray all these people will receive the blessings You have to offer them, and we pray each individual will seek You, and those blessings of love, comfort, patience, and hope.
Lord, we pray this in the name of Your son, and our savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
