Let us Pray Together

Let us Pray Together

Lord, we come to You today as we approach a new work week and we pray as we go through this week, we honor You in our speech, our behavior, our courage, our ethics, our hard work, our love, and kindness to all. Lord we pray this week we will be an open bible to all and an encouragement to many, and that we are blessed to show one person the path to eternal life through the shed blood of Your Son, and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for a great revival to cover the world, to cover America, and to cover all prisoners in the world. Lord, we pray for prison preachers to start showing up everywhere throughout our prison systems, turning these prisons into Christian universities turning out preachers that will help turn America around beginning at the grass roots level.

Lord, as we go into the prisons we pray You will give us the words to share, that will strengthen the resolve of those prisoners to worship You in truth and spirit, to study Your word as the Bereans, and to live to the command of Matthew 28: 18 -20 taking Your word into first; all the prison; and then into all the world teaching all people to follow the commands of Christ and baptizing them in the name of the father, the son, and the holy ghost.

Lord, as we go through this week, help us to remember to be humble, polite, and courteous to all people, turning the other cheek when people assault us and insult us for our faith in You.

Lord, let us never forget the plight of the homeless, and as Your church reach out to them with a hand up when possible, and a hand out when needed, but always in the love of a brother and sister in Christ, never to humiliate, but to raise up in Your Love and Passion.

Lord, let us remember to show a reason for hope to the hopeless, that the hope we all have is through Your promise to provide, to protect, and that we have a better place waiting for us.

Lord, help us provide for the orphan, in a such a way that the child will always know that it is You, the true father, the true parent of us all who provides.

Lord, help us always have compassion for the widow, and widower, knowing the loneliness they must experience, help us give them the companionship of Your word.

Lord, forgive us our sins, and we pray for our daily bread and receive both in full faith as we also pray Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

In Jesus Name. Amen.
