Morning Prayer October 30 2014

imageLord we come to You this morning grateful for another day. We thank You for the opportunity to live our lives in worship of You, and pray You will give us opportunity to share that blessing with You. We pray this day we will be an open bible to those who do not own one, or those who do not have knowledge of Your word, will, and precepts.

Lord, this morning we pray for all the preachers, and missionaries all over the world. We pray for their safety, their effectiveness, their success in spreading Your word, and their honesty. We pray they share Your word not for glory, not for fame, not for their own eternal life, but simply as Your faithful servant, doing what is their common duty, and doing it honestly, and earnestly.

Lord, we pray for our leaders, that they will turn to You for guidance before attempting to guide us. We pray those leaders who turn their backs on You, would be replaced with those who will follow Your lead.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
