Lord, as we start this work week, we pray we will not be influenced by worldly things. Let us only be influenced by You, let us remove ourselves, our involvements in this world and return to calling on Your name, to worshiping You in truth and spirit.
Lord, we pray for forgiveness of our sins, and we pray for our daily bread, and we pray Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Lord, we receive the forgiveness and the daily bread in full faith, and pray Your will be done on earth through our daily lives.
Lord, we pray You will give us the power and strength to resist all that is evil, even the evil that has found its way into most church groups in this final hour of time.
Lord, we pray for the church, open their eyes Lord, and their ears Lord, let them see how they have moved from true worship, to entertainment, let the hear Your word on evangelism, not the noise coming from their coffee shops, bands, and other enticements.
Lord, let the church understand You are in control, and Your word is enough to convict, and convert, and that anything less than Your truth, or anything added to Your word is heresy, placing their ideas above Your plan.
Lord, we pray the church will return to orthodoxy in their worship, and reject all that is ungodly.
Lord, place into the hearts of all Christians that this is a time of testing, and they should move back in time to a time when they worshiped You according to the standards, and the pattern You set forth.
Lord, give us the power and strength to separate ourselves from all that is ungodly. Lead us into true worship of Your word.
Lord, we again pray for the safety of the homeless, that You will provide shelter during this time of severe weather.
In Christ’s name we pray. Amen.
