Morning Prayer January 19 2015

Lord, give us hearts of Lions.

Lord, give us hearts of Lions.

Lord, we come to You this morning thanking You for another day.

Lord, this morning, we would like to offer up a prayer for our courage, to be willing to stand for our beliefs under any kind of pressure, in any situation, before any man.

Lord, we pray You will strengthen our resolve to share Your word, to offer public prayers, to defend Your word  when asked for the reason for our beliefs, and for the knowledge to be able to defend Your word correctly and truthfully. And Lord, we pray for humility, that we are always humble, and meek as we put forth Your truth  to the world.

Lord, be with us this day, leading us by the Holy Spirit to be good servants, and followers of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Lord, we confess our sins, and repent those same sins, asking forgiveness for those sins, and for protection from the evil one, that will not be led into temptation.

Lord, we pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
